While working for a local doctor, Laura K. Bradford saw a better way to keep equipment and furniture clean between patients. The solution: fitted covers made from high-tech fabrics to provide an impenetrable barrier against contaminants. These innovative new products gained immediate acceptance and in 1987, Pro Safe Products was born. While the original product line was designed for the dental market, other medical fields soon saw applications for many uses, including covers and drapes for patients, and an entire apparel line specializing in infection control for the medical staff. In 1997, Pro Safe purchased Clinicovers, a division of a Montrose, Colorado based company. This merger expanded the customer base, added new items to the product line, and expanded the company's capacity. Today, Pro Safe Products continues its innovative leadership in the custom design and development of infection control garments and cloth goods.
